WebDec 21, 2024 · Posted December 18, 2024. 3 started off very rough. It had horrible drop rates that pretty much forced people into using the auction system (which works well for a game like WoW). The art style was too cartoonish like wow for most people. I like WoW's style (for WoW) but I preferred the grittiness to D2 for a Diablo game. WebMost of us only have the beta to go on but yes, if you loved D2 you will most likely enjoy D4. I can confidently say that, at least. Loved D2, hated everything regarding D3, enjoyed D4 beta, only time will tell when game realses. Usually, players say that they get the vibe of Diablo 2 from Diablo 4.
